We never advertise our products as hand-painted, and any assumptions made otherwise are a misunderstanding. While many canvases in the needlepoint industry are hand-painted, ours are professionally printed—and that distinction is what allows us to offer high-quality, affordable designs in a wide range of styles.

Because each canvas is made to order, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, cancellations, or refunds due to misunderstandings about printing versus hand-painting. Please review all product descriptions carefully before placing your order.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery with photos and your order number, and we will gladly review your concern.
